Walking

I have taken up walking during lunch. Anywhere from 20-30 minutes each day. It is really helping me feel better and helps break up the work day. I think I'm even sleeping better at night and am finally hitting my daily step goals. So far it's been completely positive! Not sure what I'll do in the winter when the weather is nasty, maybe walk around inside the building. We have a nice sculpture Garden next door so there is plenty to look at while I walk. There is some pretty crazy art out there! Till next time, keep moving!
