I'm back to walking...I think it was the step exercises I was trying that nailed my mobility. I will take it very slow....thought I was, but maybe even slower. Steps have been a huge challenge for years now. We are going to a water park in December. My goal is to be able to climb the stairs of at least one thrill ride once....
