slower build this time

I'm back to walking...I think it was the step exercises I was trying that nailed my mobility. I will take it very slow....thought I was, but maybe even slower. Steps have been a huge challenge for years now. We are going to a water park in December. My goal is to be able to climb the stairs of at least one thrill ride once....

    Listen to your body. Steps may be too difficult, try something that isn't as hard on the knees maybe.
    Good luck!
    Remember if you are able, do seated exercises too.
