I m still exercising regularly and tracking. I have increased my daily goal for steps to 7000. I started at 6000. Before I got my fitbit, I was barely clearing 2000 steps a day. I'm still doing the fitbit challenges and generally do over 10,000 steps.

I went to the doc today and she said I have lost 8 lbs since I was there the end of August. She was happy. I'm happy to just lose 1/2 lb a week. My clothes are getting looser.

I will keep going. My next short term goal is to lose 14 more lbs. I will add to that goal once I reach the 14 lbs. I find it is easier to keep short term goals rather than put my longer goal out there which seems so tough.

JC is doing awesome and I'm hoping to show him the end of this month. My daughter is now taking driving lessons (horses not cars). She loves it and she may show in pleasure driving next year. It is so much fun to share the horses with her. I used to go with my mom to the barn when I was young. My mother didn't ride, but she loved the horses.

I still do Pilates 1 - 2 days a week and that helps my back immensely. I'm just taking it one day at a time.
