Wow factor

Tuesday, October 04, 2016

My sister-in-law had weight reduction surgery and has lost about 90 pounds. A friend's daughter has lost 85 pounds by replacing meals with shakes.

I want similar results without surgery or shakes.

I obviously need to change something, since my current activities aren't making a difference.

You can do it. Start with something small everyday and stick to what helps you.

I lost 40lbs by adding squats and cry cheap twice a day and removing alot of snacking. Changed out the breads for a protine and added ALOT of water, cutting out soda and such... it all depends on your body and how it responds! Good luck to you!

I use to think the surgery was the "easy way out" and in most respects it is, but I understand now that MANY people have stretched out their stomach so huge that they will never go back to a normal size, so the surgery helps that, but then if they don't follow the diet they will regain all the weight after about 2 years.

My BIL died at age 88 last week, and my brother said our niece who is about 52 was there and she's regained all the weight she'd lost from GBS that she had about 4 years ago.

I started off by replacing 1 meal with a salad every day. Down over 40 lbs all together. You can be that inspiring story!!!
