My main goal for this month is to track and stay within my calorie range. The first 2 days of the month, I didn't do so hot. Today was better. I really struggle around certain times of the month, if you get my drift. So, this wasn't the best time to start, but then again I can't keep allowing for excuses. So, I will check in on here with how I am doing with my calories. It's hard to eat less, but its' also hard to be overweight. I guess I need to choose my hard.
My other goal is to be more consistent with my Yoga practice. I have found that I really enjoy yoga. It makes me feel good. Relaxes me. A big reason for my weight gain has been stress, and since Yoga helps with stress reduction, I think for me it can also lead to weight reduction. I am attempting to do yoga every evening. I am having oral surgery this month on the 18th, so I know I won't be able to do yoga during the first couple days of recovery. I will likely not really be able to eat either, so I'm sure my calories will be super low. That's not really the way I want to go about weight loss, but it's what I will need to deal with.
So, yeah. 2 goals. I can do 2 things this month to get me back on the right track.
