Monday morning/ morning walks

Every morning I take 2 fur babies for their walk. It's not only good for them but good for me. Sometimes I don't want to go but there they are with their puppy dog eyes staring at me wagging their tails. I give in (always). We spend 30 min's or longer on our walks, I don't bring any music with me to listen to because I like to listen to nature, reflect & think about my goals for the day. When we are done with our walk I ALWAYS feel better & I am more focused on achieving my goals for the day.

I did weigh myself this morning and I am still stuck at 171 (lost inches though). One day that # will change, I am patiently waiting & working hard for lower #'s.

Also, starting week 2 of Jessica Smith's Walk STRONG: 6 Week Total Transformation System. Today is upper body & cardio. I hate upper body workouts!!! Gonna do it with a smile on my face!! lol!
