Wake up call

This morning after handleing our sons melt down I went to go lay down beside him only to have chest pains. I had to text my daughter, who was downstairs to bring me asprin...I'm thinking this is my sign to actually get really serious and do something other than only doing about half of what I could be doing question is: How do I start? I have been exercising off and on for over 6 yrs only to gain back the same 20 lbs over and over, In my college class, Writing for P.R., I have to start up a blog I think this may be my inspiration.

    Hey..been there, done that. Weight loss is all about diet. Give up processed food and dairy..believe it or not. Check out Dr joel fuhrman Eat to Live..or at least read the reviews on his book. I've lost 40 plus pounds and kept it off with no food cravings. It blows my mind!
