Fat loss diet 3 months done
Saturday, October 01, 2016
I need to focus on the bright side here. There journey has had its ups and downs and will continue to do so.
1. I have lost about 10kg
2. I have lost inches, and in places where I did not lose them last year
3. My hormones are much ore stable now - 💃💃 happy dance
4. Even though BMI is still in overweight range it is at the lower end.
Yes I am not where I would like to be and lost much less weight than average people. But I was starting from a point where all my lab results were in normal range, only hormones were not balanced. My fat loss agent had never had someone like me before! So last year's diet did something good.
Even so I am disappointed that I am still above 80kg, if I focus this week I can be below. Just 3.5kg to go until I can start feeding back carbs slowly.
I ran into problems with rice cakes this week. Seems to be part of what was causing my diarrhea. So I need to find some other crisp bread that fits in my diet and is both gluten and diary free. Not an easy task here in Kenya where we have a very limited choice. I have found one range from Orgran which even has several flavors and am waiting to see if the Fatloss people will approve it.
Took this picture just now in another new golf trouser which was not yet comfortable 2 weeks ago. Now finally my fat rolls in the lower tummy seem to be disappearing.
