Mirrors in gyms

Saturday, October 01, 2016

So I just visited our new gym at our apartment complex. Small but enough to get in a decent workout. I went on the treadmill and elliptical also played with medicine balls and cable weights. Of course they had to have mirrors all over the whole freakin wall. Nothing like looking at how disgusting u look with ur rolls bouncing as u run. I'm a bit devastated at how I looked but u know what? It actually gave me the motivation to shrink that fat and to do so asap. I am so ready to change and so determined this coming week!

Mazzy it was very awkward at first cuz there were people by pool lookin at Me funny. I was only one there so i was comfortable. most tenants probably won't even use it! Next time I will bring headphones just incase someone else happens to be in there

Great work but don't let your goals be side track by what you look like now that changes and it won't be long until the person you see in the mirror looks like a model good luck and keep up the positive attitude

That's so crazy you posted this. I've been telling myself all summer I'm going to go the gym at my apt office, too. I'm just worried about others being in there and feeling uncomfortable. I've never been a gym person much. I like doing cardio outside. I do want to do the cardio machines in there sometimes too though so maybe I'll try it once I'm feeling better. Keep up the good work! Use those mirrors to watch yourself do a hard workout and start shrinking. :)
