Hello October

So I decided to finally get on the scale again and also take pictures so I have another starting point and set if pictures hopefully this time I can stick with everything and see some awesome changes

    Totally with you. I started at 379lbs and weighed in yesterday at 332lbs. You can do it, and remember to give yourself one day of not tracking. For me this help. I make sure to still be good but on Saturdays I don't track. Helps me stay sane!!
