What up October?

Last Sunday I was having one of those fed up moments. I've had enough, I'm miserable. You know the story, right?

Well I've done the SparkPeople app and the fitness pal app and the low carb thing and the ww thing. The last time I did weight watchers I didn't like the new plan. I had done the point plus plan before and had success with it.

Well that same day I downloaded the iTrackBites app. You can choose any of the plans new and old or just count calories. So I chose the point plus plan. I was allowed to have 51 pts a day, but wanted a weigh in today because it's the first. Well I've lost 6 pounds! No exercise, and I did not go over any days and was usually pretty close to my 51 pts goal.

So after I weighed in today it lowered my pts to 50 lol.

*I also want to add that the app was 3.99 and has some add-ons that you can also purchase.

So anyways that's it. Weigh in next Saturday! I'm going to try and stay off the scale this week.
