eating half as much and moving more

It took a lot to sustain 200# plus! The weight is falling off just reducing portions and moving more! Not even a lot more, just more, every day! I already feel better not digesting so much! I'm finding I'm quite satisfied with much less food. It took shifting my mindset. I looked at all the Halloween candy and thought, it tastes awful, it makes me feel awful, it's not the kind of fuel I want! I went and bought some limes and really good onions! I am having some high quality chocolate on occasion, 70% dark. I dropped honey in my coffee.
I already feel so much better! I've stayed under 200# now for weeks! First time in years, many years. 196 for a few days now, almost ready to change it on my page.
