Holding On, Not Moving Down!

Well my last lost pound was on August 31, 2016 and I haven't lost a pound since regardless of what I do. I still track my food and do my exercising and drink my water. I will admit not my exercising, not like I should have because I got discouraged after weeks of no loss. I know this happens all the time but every month just gets upsetting!! This is the second month in a row this happened. I was so devoted to this and I still feel devoted but I need to regain the momentum I had when I first started out on this journey. I have to admit that I am holding my weight , not gaining any, but not losing either. I am not ready to maintain my weight, I want to lose more! I need a kick in the backside to get motivated. I know I can do it because I have a strong will to do it. I was ill for a few days and that seemed to throw everything off because I let it. I know the pounds are not going to fall off without my help so I just need to back on track. Thanks for letting me sound off!! Have a Super day.

    Thanks for sharing! I know how you feel completely. The ups and downs or just staying in one spot. And then the breaks from working out. Maybe you needed a little break. I wish you a successful week now in October. Have a great day! emoticon

    It would be hard to not lose for a month! But like everyone says, It's a long thing, not a short thing.
    Even when I don't lose, I know that my choices are still making me healthier every day and that eventually I'll go down on the scale.
    Hopefully you are feeling better and stronger because of the changes you've made.
    Yesterday I did something different and tried an excercise video of Bollywood dancing on sparktv and then a kettle bell video. I didn't lose any weight but boy am I sore in some new spots! I know that the sore muscles will be stronger and that's a positive change in my health!
    Don't give up!
    Vent all you need to, but don't give up!
    I might need you here to encourage me in the same spot next month!
