Do you ever get "hit upside the head" with something and flounder?

I feel like I'm floundering due to things others have done. I wanted so bad to eat and eat due to it yesterday- which I did, basically, to a degree, but it was good for me stuff. I've got to try to get the stress under control, even if I can't get the situation under control. You just can't control others. No point in trying. I'm praying. That's a start.

    Making sure there are healthy or at least not bad for you snacks helps. Remember that the only person you are responsible for is you. Be the best you that you can be. Those that are stressing you out can not be changed by you but you can change how you respond. Look at yourself and do what is right and be at peace with that. Praying for the stressors in life is a great response.
