Still plugging along... minus 40 pounds

I want to lose another 40. I've been at a plateau for a couple of months. At least I've maintained... I only gained back a couple of pounds. I'm going back to what I was thinking and doing when I started losing the weight. Weight Watchers has been very helpful, and so has SparkPeople. I love this site for the community. I love Weight Watchers because I like the program and it's been successful for me. Together this is great. I'm really glad there's a Weight Watchers team here. I just found a papercrafting group, too. I'm hoping to find some swaps or at least someone to send a RAK (Random Act of Kindness) to.
The main thing is to be honest. if I eat it or drink it, I record it. Period. Right now I need to see where I am so I can make the adjustments to get back on track. I'm also starting to exercise again. I'm in physical therapy where I lift a lot of weights, so I count that. I got the word today that I have a knee replacement - maybe both - in my future. Oh, joy.
In the meantime, I will get back on track. I can already see where corrections can be made. Right now I seem to be craving chocolate which is creating a challenge for me. Any advice on how to handle it? I also like a glass or two of wine at the end of the day... white wine, but still high in SmartPoints. Again, another challenge to deal with. Portions can be adjusted... fruits and vegetables can be easily added in. I just need to deal with these two challenges. Again, any advice would be appreciated.
I've been away for a while. I hope my old friends are still here, or I will make some new ones. Support is very important to me. I know I can't do this by myself. I joined the premium package today to get access to a coach. I love SparkPeople and felt the price was right. I look forward to using that feature.
Well, it's time for sleep. I have a full day tomorrow (wait... it's today) and it's my husband's birthday. He says he's 62 but I know better. Maybe I'll give myself the same five year Mulligan next year when I turn 60... or maybe I'll wait until 65 like my hubby did.
Off to see the Virginia grandkids this weekend. I look forward to it. They are such sweethearts.
