I'm back...again. moving forward

It's been 200 days since I was last here. I've made progress. 3 steps forward, 1-2 steps back. Way more aware. Way healthier in so many ways. Cardio is probably less efficient. Gotta get back to fitness minutes. I'm here to focus improvements, garner more 1 step rather than 2 steps back....back is part of forward...I get that.
I miss folks here, so much positive energy. Looking forward to mutual support.
