Best Intentions

I have the best intentions, I get really excited to start my behavior modification then I let something de-rail me or I should say I allow myself to be de-railed. I take full responsibility for my actions, putting the food in my mouth, buying the food, letting a bad day dictate my food choices.

This has been a pattern my entire life, I am an emotional eater and I lack coping skills. I have type 2 Diabetes and I am in denial, I am not insulin dependent however I feel I am a step away. Today I took my glucose reading (I have not bothered to take my reading in 3 months) it was not good. Wake up already.

I am committing to put my truth out there, this is my first step to a healthier lifestyle.

I need to:
1. Take Glucose Level Regularly
2. Make Healthier Food Choices
3. Prepare Meals Ahead of Time - Preparation is the Key
4. Get up and Move.

These are a few things I am going to incorporate into my day.
