Quick and Easy Meals

Today's Spark Coach recommends making a blog with quick and easy meal ideas. Right now I don't have many ideas, but I thought I'd start the blog and add to it as I come up with more. If any of you can help me add to the list, I'd greatly appreciate it!
In no particular order, quick and easy meal ideas:
- salmon or tuna salad (canned meat mixed with mayo, relish, onion, pickles and peppers) on lettuce with a little cheese sprinkled on top. Add a couple whole grain crackers (organic, non-GMO such as Triscuits new line), and apple slices or dates.
- chicken breast (rotisserie) or sliced boiled egg on one slice of whole seeds/grains organic bread with lettuce, pickles, banana peppers, and tomatoes. Add fruit.
