Quick and Easy Meals

Today's Spark Coach recommends making a blog with quick and easy meal ideas. Right now I don't have many ideas, but I thought I'd start the blog and add to it as I come up with more. If any of you can help me add to the list, I'd greatly appreciate it! emoticon

In no particular order, quick and easy meal ideas:

- salmon or tuna salad (canned meat mixed with mayo, relish, onion, pickles and peppers) on lettuce with a little cheese sprinkled on top. Add a couple whole grain crackers (organic, non-GMO such as Triscuits new line), and apple slices or dates.

- chicken breast (rotisserie) or sliced boiled egg on one slice of whole seeds/grains organic bread with lettuce, pickles, banana peppers, and tomatoes. Add fruit.

    Here is my go to ultra quick breakfast 1 cup almond milk 1/2 cup organic oatmeal 1 banana 1 serving almonds (15) 1 TBSP Flaxseed Blend all ingredients in blender. Makes 1 16 oz cup. Just pour and go.

    For breakfast, mash half an avocado w/lemon Or like juice (a tsp) little Daly and pepper. Spread on either toast or a pita. Top w/an egg cooked to your preference. Its really good!
