Up a pound from last week - poor food choices.

Last week's goals -

64 oz. of water a day -- emoticon

10 minutes or more of cardio a day -- emoticon

At least 4000 steps - except Sunday
Sunday -- 5614
Monday -- 4017
Tuesday -- est >4000 -- Fitbit said 8579, but also said 66 flights of stairs (was riding in back seat of a crew cab pickup over a hilly, bumpy road, so I don't think it was very accurate...
Wednesday -- 4544
Thursday -- 2774
Friday -- 4174
Saturday -- 4029
I got at least 4000 on 6 days out of 7, even though the short day wasn't Sunday, so I figure I met my goal... -- emoticon

One more week for these --

64 oz. of water a day

10 minutes or more of cardio a day

At least 4000 steps - except Sunday

Tuesday I went to Lewistown for a meeting and that ride was where Fitbit went crazy. I did some walking there on breaks, so I figure between that and my WATP I got in at least 4000 steps. I guess I should have checked the Fitbit at the start and end of my walk in downtown Lewistown where I walked around a fair sized block. We also did a little tour of a water project after the meeting which involved some walking.

Weather here in NE Montana has been cool and rainy most of the week, but we did get sunshine and a bit warmer today.

Have a good week everyone!

I have been thinking about getting a fitbit myself but in the end I keep staying I have enough gizmos that I don't use. I used a cheap pedometer for a few weeks once which helped me figure out my steps taken during my morning walk plus just moving around in a normal day, if I take an extra hike or long walk around town that is just a bonus to me. Keep up the good work and those pounds will come off. I love Montana I have family in Buzbee (spelling?) Montana.

you can correct that fitbit issue. go to the dashboard for that day and there is an option for riding in cars. yu can enter your length of time in the car and it will remove the flights of stairs climbed and bring back your steps to where they should be

Interesting...I've heard other people say their fitbit goes crazy on drives but guess I don't travel the kind of roads that causes problems. I do have to take mine off it I crochet though or I get a million extra steps. I guess I move my wrist just right.

Good luck with this week's goals!

It was 90 here yesterday and 65 today so I'm happy finally for the cool down. We usually have nice days in September but not this year. I don't want it to go from Summer to Winter. I love long Springs and Falls and short Winters.
