Day 21 - Sundays rock!

So today has been a pretty good day! Got up and went for a nice walk before everyone in the house woke up! Came home made everyone pancakes and bacon but I still stuck to drinking my morning Ideal Shake!! I am supposed to have 1500 calories but have had a hard time reaching that goal as I seem to get around 1200-1300 a day. Today I did my best to reach the 1500 calories as I got 1460. I had a morning and afternoon snack, grilled chicken salad sandwich and avocado for lunch, and another shake for supper along with a handful of dry roasted almonds. My weigh in day is this coming Wednesday and I really want to see the scale go down! Today I made myself a motivational board and hung it right in the bathroom where I will see it every morning when getting ready for work! I am going to try my hardest to get up early and workout as tomorrow after work will be a busy evening!
