I realized that it takes me about 21 days to get rid of cravings entirely. I don't crave anything. I don't crave sugar. I don't crave junk food. I used to think it took two weeks for that, but turns out it's three.
Don't get me wrong, I will still get kind of out-of-control hungry, where my body very suddenly demands food, but it's definitely hunger...not cravings.
It makes me wonder if craving is just a habit. If it's biological, where is the switch in my brain that turned it off?
