My shoulder is killing me emoticon . I woke up at 2am this morning to go to the bathroom and the pain was so bad I couldn't go back to sleep. So I'm running on about 4 hours of sleep. Which is not good for my waistline or my pain tolerance, especially with the fibromyalgia and lupus. I keep putting off exercising till I feel better but since it seems like that day won't come for a while I just need to "Suck it up Buttercup"

i have some Physical therapy exercises on paper that I got from my rhuematologist since my insurance won't cover actual physical therapy (long story, basically they're a$$holes). So today I'm going to do the PT stretches and exercises, and I'm going to do Leslie Samson 1 mile walk with modifications for my shoulder and my knee. I will also do some core work emoticon , probably a SP video. then on Saturday I'll do the PT stretches, and lots of yoga and stretching emoticon

I'm going to stop feeling sorry for myself and try to be more optimistic. It's hard because I'm going through a lot of personal issues and I'm in a bit of a depression, but I just have to have faith that my meds will work and it will pass quickly! And I think the best was to deal with it is to focus on exercise, healthy eating, and me time.
