Well I am finally in the right mind set. It feels good. I just brook 185, I was 184 this morning. Next small goal is to break 180 to be in the 170's' little baby steps but I know it works just have to keep your eyes on the goal.
Forgot to tell you the goal, want to lose all the weight I can by February I am going to Australia and I need to be in shape for the long long flight. Excited I have a goal for this, plus just want to feel better about how I look and feel.
