I’m starting to feel overwhelmed considering my health journey, I know things should be taken step by step, but even this seems challenging. Maybe I should start a gratitude journal.
Tomorrow is another day.

    Don't let it become to much. Make small changes and things you will stick to. Like make up salads for lunch at the beginning of the week, I make ham cups in the muffin pan for breakfast at the start of the week so I just have to heat and go
