Wow, you kept it off all year until just recently???? That is a MAJOR achievement. Also, You recognized the 6 lb gain and got the ball rolling again! That is ALSO a MAJOR achievement. A couple of weeks ago I blogged about "An eyeopeing learning moment that we should all learn." or something like that title. And in it, I mention choosing a center weight in your bmi HEALTHY zone and pivot a few pounds here and there around the center number. and if you get within 10lbs of your low healthy number, or your HIGH healthy number, then start looking at what you've been doing and tweek accordingly.
So the fact that you see that 6 lb gain and got to work on it, is INCREDIBLY WISE.

    Great Job!

Jamie. For starters, do not beat yourself up. This happens. Reaching your end goal; won the prize and slowly slipped back into old ways and gaining the weight back. It is a struggle of a lot of us. The good news is that you recognized it and are getting back on track.

The walking, more than great fitting the steps in! Get on Spark. Join the 28 or 30-day challenge and start working that into your three or four-day timeframe. Trust me, you will feel a difference after only a few weeks. You will feel stronger and just all around better and moving forward will just get easier and easier.

Drink water. I hate it, but you know what? It helps. Eat breakfast every single morning; yogurt; Smart Ones breakfast. Your body does need this to kick start and again, you will feel less hungry when you get to lunch.

One other thing that I bear in mind; helps as a mind trip, is that when I am hungry, I am losing weight....

Keep moving and welome back to the program!!!
