I did it!

I made it back into the 150's. When I stepped on the scale today, I was feeling sort of heavy. I wasn't as heavy as I thought! Yea!
Goal: July 30, 2007 - 149 lbs.
I know drinking the 8-10 glasses of water/day is really keeping my body flushed of extra sodium and junk. Plus, I have backed off of so many diet drinks. I might have one/day, but mostly now I drink water or tea. Watching the caloric intake against the calories burned is also keeping me on track.
HURRAY for me!
