Still Going Strong

I am still meeting my step goal each day. I am working out each day. I am working to get out to the barn at least 2 days a week. I do Pilates 2 days a week and get to the Y or treadmill at home when I don't get to the barn.
I am determined to get my blood work back to where it was. Again, I'm not sure that I trust the last blood work as it was not a fasting test, but I am getting it done again in October.
I have kept up with my fitbit challenge each day and I am so ready for the 5% challenge beginning on Satuday. I am down 6 lbs and am aiming for at least .5 lb per week.
