Soup for Breakfast

It's that time of year. Chilly mornings, warm days. I'm loving it.
As we ease into autumn my eating habits change slightly. I've decided a nice soup for brekkie most days would be very satisfying. Just think, a flavorful broth-based soup chock full of veggies and some protein to warm the body and set it up for a healthy day.
I do have to watch sodium. There was a time my meds robbed sodium from my body so I didn't even have to think about it. This is a good opp to find some new recipes that fit the bill. Glad the farmer's markets are still running!
