I learned to be proud and not disappointed

Below is the text I sent my best friend, Jenna. I've made a positive change and I learned to be proud of myself and not disappointed!
"My dad set up the cable in my bedroom so i could watch tv while I used my used and half broken stationary bike I bought. I wanted to do it for two hours but I only went 25 minutes. And at first I was disappointed but then i reminded myself how my Bariatric team always tells me I fail over and over cuz I try going from0 to 200 and I get burnt out and quit. So i decided to be happy with the 25 minutes. My back hurts but I'm NOT gunna take the prescription pain pills cuz it hurts but it's not unbareable. I'm just gunna lay down for a little bit. And then when my feet quit tingling (my legs and feet always tingle after a workout and it drives me CRAZY! It feels like bugs crawling up your legs), then I'll get back on the bike and do another 20-30 minutes and take a break and maybe go back again. And just keep doing that until I hit two hours.... One hour MINIMUM. Then I'll do some weight lifting (I have some free weights here at home too). I keep using a new email every time to get the free month of The Daily Burn but I haven't ever used it ONCE so I need to use that. But I just wanted to tell u I did it. I got up and worked out and even tho it was only 25 minutes, I decided to be proud of myself rather than disappointed because it's progress compared to the past. Slow and steady wins the race. I can do this. And that fitjournal from cassey ho u bought me has been some of the biggest inspiration as well. And ur wedding! Im afraid to be fat in your wedding photos and ruin them and that honestly gives me so much anxiety but I'm trying to do things the healthy way this time so I get long term results."
