Today I managed to put a simple eating plan. I don't want a quick diet, I want something to a adopt as a lifestyle. I think my plan needs some tweaking but I'm really excited about my breakfast plan, it's about 158 calories, delicious, and I think I can stick to it for a while. What a resourceful site Sparkpeople is!
