I am exchanging my disappointment and frustration for determination and motivation!
It is amazing how weight that was lost by great effort and consistency can creep back to us if we don't stay on the path that was so valuable during the loss venture. Trying to establish a healthy lifestyle needs to be constant, even when we begin to take it for granted. That is my downfall for regaining some of the weight I worked so hard to drop! Got cocky and thought I could maintain healthy habits and proper portions without monitoring what I ate. I thought regular activities would be as good as daily exercises. Well...lesson learned! Back to tracking, exercising, measuring, and back to Sparking with the Fall 5% Challenge!
