Frustrated and Annoyed!

Monday, September 19, 2016

I'm SOOOOO close to hitting my first 100lbs lost milestone, but the last 10 is taking FOREVER! I know I'm trading a lot of fat for muscle these days, but these 1-2lbs loss per week is torture! I'm finally at 93.4lbs. I REALLY want to hit 100lbs by my birthday. I've got 2.5 weeks to knock out these last 6.6lbs! I'm so ready to hit this milestone so I can start busting down the next 100lbs! Maybe I can figure out how to sleep on the treadmill. 😉😄

You guys are all so kind and encouraging... and CORRECT! Haha The problem is my Type A personality and OCD neeeeeds that milestone! Haha I'm just going to keep pounding away at it for the next 19 days and accept that it is whatever it is! 😊

It can be done, but know even if the scale says you've lost 99.9999 lbs by your bday you have done a wonderful job! Don't discount that. Also try not to think about it and just keep working...it happens when you take the pressure off. Good luck!

Hope you reach the goal but remember - You are still 93.4 pounds lighter than on your last birthday and that is still a great present to yourself!

I'm sorry you're frustrated. That is so understandable. Don't lose sight of the big picture, though! Even if you don't reach it by your birthday, you ARE going to reach that goal and you have worked your rear end off for every ounce of that loss. You've done (and continue to do) amazing.
