Goals or week 9.19.16

I did okay on my goals. I did travel to my sisters and did not stay on track but I did check- in everyday on Spark and logged my food even though I knew I did not eat the best.

Last week Goals:
1. Avoid sweets (Did pretty good with avoiding sweets)
2. walk 10 minutes a day (did this most days)
3. Drink 6 glasses of water by 6pm (otherwise up all night) (need to work on not drinking after 6pm but did drink at least 6 glass of water)
4. avoid drinks with sugar (I've done really well with no soda now I just have to get rid of the lemonade. (Did pretty good with drinking only water)
5. Eat my freggies (need to work on)

I am aiming to stay on track everyday instead of most of the week.

Goals:
1. Go to gym 2X
2. Avoid drinking after 6pm
3. Continuing drinking water only (no sugar drinks)
4. Eat my freggies each meal
5. Walk 15 minutes each day
6. avoid fatty and fried foods
