Day 3.

Saturday, September 17, 2016

No breakfast today, a bad thing. Traditional lunch with all the ghee and rich flavours, second bad thing.
The pedometer tracked only 2401 steps out of 3200 steps, third bad thing.
They say when you gather three similar things you win a treasure.
The elevator was out of service so I had to climb the stairs to the third floor with a temperature of 38°c that is 100°f. So much for a treasure!
The good thing is that I didn't feel pain in my knee while climbing the stairs, thank you God.
I went to the market today to buy brown bread, I didn't find any, but I found Chapati which is an Indian bread made of pure atta, I don't know what atta is, but the bread looked brown enough and it tastes fine. I can't say that about guava nor broccoli. I didn't like their taste at all, but maybe I'll keep trying to like them.
Tomorrow is another day.

I hate it when the pedometer fails to track. And maybe try a different fruit or veggie rather than continuing to try to like yucky stuff. :-) but either way, good job
