Well the doctor gave Hubby today off so we got up and started loading my car. We put in pillows, some pans and pots, potholder, a ham and some spices. We loaded clothes and headed out. We when to Public to pick up a few things. Hubby had purchased some chicken last night and put the remainder in the fridge. We picked up some pasta salad and some frozen peas. Got to the house and took all groceries in. I put them up, took fried chicken m out of fridge and put the peas on to cook. Hubby was finishing off the taping in his den room. I put the lunch together. We sat at our bar and enjoyed. Hubby was painting and I was unloading the clothes and putting where they go. I am sure we will be staying there Sunday to Wednesday and then come back here to,load up more from kitchen. Tomorrow I am cooking the ham along with some broccoli and not sure what else. I hope I can find some good fresh tomatoes to,slice and have with it. I am getting use to the stove, which I really like. It has a glass top and it is easy to use. All our appliances are black and I am having to get use to,that. Must have been the color when the house was built. It does look nice and clean to me. I have a stainless sink which would have never been my choice, but will have to live with it for a while. When I can afford it I plan to,replace it and put stone counter tops. That will come in time.

Hubby painted his room and took a shower. He laid back in his recliner and sleep, for about an hour. I worked around in another room so he could rest.

How exciting!! So nice that hubby helps with things. Making it your own is fun, the work is hard, but worth it in the end. Enjoy!
