Mini-Challenge BLC32

Obviously, weight loss is my ultimate goal, but how I'm going to get there all starts with some goals. So this challenge I am focusing on:

1. Increasing my protein intake emoticon
2. Using a clean eating approach including minimal dairy, decreasing my alcohol content, healthy carbs, avoiding sugars and eating every 2-2.5 hours emoticon
3. Exercising at least 5 days per week with a combination of strength and cardio emoticon
4. 35 pound kettlebell swing (this is a fitness goal for me for 2016) emoticon
5. Maintaining my water intake - at least 64 ounces per day emoticon
6. Prepping my food for the week on the weekend emoticon
