BLC Week 2 Day 1

Today I spent 3 hours mowing are yard (we have a big yard). It is surprising how tiring sitting on a lawn mower can be.
Even so I did a mile and a 1/2 on the treadmill and did a Leslie Sansone DVD for 3 miles which included strength training.
I also drank my water today and right now enjoying a cup of tea before going to stretch before bed.
In the past I would have said that I deserved a break after spending so much time mowing but I know that is why I have put on weight and the only way to take it off is by putting in the work. I actually feel better after working out so it is getting easier to put in the work.
