I'm struggling with tge same thing but think about this, if you get back on track , go for a walk , watch your calories next month you can be down another 10 lbs , or a size . Or we can stay were we are and gain 10 lbs. The choice is ours 1423 days ago
Reach deep down inside and remind yourself all the reasons you need to do this for "you" to be healthier. I don't know your circumstances but a lot of soul searching can help. No one can do it for you but I'm cheering for you to find that what inspires you! 1423 days ago
