The Waning Days of Summer But Getting Stronger

Me and little dog are trying to squeeze a few more days of water aerobics into this summer. Our nighttime temps are dropping to the high 70's and my pool temp will soon be dropping. But it's been fun, so no regrets as long as I keep moving and tracking my food!
If you've been kicking yourself because you have not had the time or energy to do what it takes to get stronger or healthier or slimmer (or whatever) just remember that you can do anything for just one day!
