BLC 32 Goals

1. Spend 5 minutes in the morning planning out my food for the day. Do this every day.
2. Track calories. If I can't do every meal try to get focus on afternoon snack and dinner since those are my hardest meals.(b-300, l-400, s-300, d-500)
3. Drink water with each meal.
4. Eat a fruit or veggie with each meal.
