I need to wrap my mind around the idea that I need to limit my carbs for life! I cannot eat carbs more that once a day and specifically, cake, bread, pasta, rice, and cookies, sugary drinks.
This week I have cut out about 80% of the carbs I typically eat and it has made a huuuuge difference. It has made 4lbs of difference. In.one.week.
I did not exercise, i did not track calories, i did not water fast, it's pretty amazing. I just need to keep it up and not fall back into my old ways. When something clearly works and you are feeling and looking better --take note!
