I am back! I still don't have 100% voice, but I got up this morning and did my strength training exercises then I did a mile at work with my 5 # weighted balls and worked my thigh master at my desk. When I got home tonight I did the Leslie Sansone 5 mile advanced mile DVD. I used my weighted gloves throughout the whole workout and did all the boosters! Tomorrow morning I plan on doing the Walk Slim 3 mile before work. I feel stronger and I am ready to work hard to lose this weight!
