Week of 9.12.16 Program

The last couple of weeks I have been slacking on posting my program to reach my goals, so I am going to blog them every week and then blog about my success or weaknesses.

Last weekend I got off track due to going away with my law school friends for the weekend, of course that includes lots of delicious foods and snacks. Then I went away to my son's place this weekend and of course that includes the same. The only good thing I did do is log whatever I ate and used Spark (which normally I would just forget about it). This week I go to my sister's house for a couple of days, but I am going to work my program or at least try my hardest. Here is my program for the week:


1. Avoid sweets
2. walk 10 minutes a day
3. Drink 6 glasses of water by 6pm (otherwise up all night)
4. avoid drinks with sugar (I've done really well with no soda now I just have to get rid of the lemonade.
5. Eat my freggies

I usually do not travel so much, but I have a lot of free time before I get my bar results next Monday.
