Weigh-In -- 11Sep16

Sunday, September 11, 2016

22+ hours on a train led to the ending of all my streaks, water, login, and exercise, so I guess it's start over time.

Weight is the same as when I left, so that is one good thing.

Goals all went out the window.

So for next week -

64 oz. of water a day

10 minutes or more of cardio a day

At least 4000 steps - except Sunday

That should be enough for this week.

I enjoyed most of my trip to Seattle - I didn't sleep well on the train coming back.

Have a good week everyone.

Train travel what a great way to see the country. No change in your weight is a great thing when you have been away from home.

Thanks for your support, we have known each other a very long time.

emoticon Glad you didn't gain on vacation. I usually like the rocking motion of the train and it sort of lulls me to sleep, not always though! Hope you had a great time!

I have heard such good things about Seattle and would like to visit there some day. I don't know if I could handle a train ride though. Or plane ride. A car is iffy too from the distance. LOL.
