22+ hours on a train led to the ending of all my streaks, water, login, and exercise, so I guess it's start over time.
Weight is the same as when I left, so that is one good thing.
Goals all went out the window.
So for next week -
64 oz. of water a day
10 minutes or more of cardio a day
At least 4000 steps - except Sunday
That should be enough for this week.
I enjoyed most of my trip to Seattle - I didn't sleep well on the train coming back.
