Starting a new home workout this week. Metabolic aftershock by Dr Jade Teta. I have followed him for awhile. He has taught a few courses i have done. Did the first workout today. Only 15 minutes but wow. Think i will love it. Also am cutting out snacks. I need my body to burn the fat, not always the food. Started that Thursdsy. Also using the digestive bitters which i love. It seems to be really working well.
