Nutrition Plan (2016 Fall 5% Challenge)

Yes, I know...two blogs just minutes between each other. Oh, is good to have a plan in place before you get going.

I have not been doing well dieting on my own. About 18 months ago, I joined The Onion Factory ( ) where they prepare your food on a daily basis. The food is primarily high protein, low sugar, low fat, healthy carb only kind of diet. I love it! The food is great and it is about 30 minutes from where I live right now).

Anyway, so the nutrition plan is:

* Limit my sugar intake to 25 grams a day
* Increase protein intake
* Make at least 2 protein shakes a day
* Reduce the number of cheat days (the diet allows for one day a week)

Shop? Fresh Market is less than 1/4 mile from my home. No excuses.

Did you clean up your kitchen? Not yet, will do that asap.
