As always, its been a very long time since I came on the SparkPeople Community page. For the past 2 years I have been on and off with my healthy plans. I have greatly improved my knowledge about healthy eating and my view on healthy living. However, sadly my sweet tooth blatantly ignores all this wonderful knowledge and takes control when I'm hungry and busy.
I've lost and gained weight in the past couple years, but overall I am up to my highest weight ever. I feel like I'm losing an uphill battle.
I know HOW to eat right, I have all the tools I need to be successful. But when I get tired and busy I fall back into my terrible habits.
It's time to get serious.
