Week one in Progress

So this is the first week of the Biggest Loser challenge for me and I am so glad the challenge started up again. It was the push I needed to get back on track. So far this week I have been really good. I snuck a peak at the scale and it said I had already lost a pound.

. Lets just hope it still says that come Wednesday morning. My systems is so strange you never know. The challenge today is we are going to the races. Someone gave us 4 tickets to the Richmond Nascar race so we are all going. I have not watched racing in years but it should be fun. However there will be temptations there the entire time. Because it is an evening race we will have to be their early because of traffic and it being 2 hours away. So we will be there for dinner tonight. I am going to try and be good all day so that I do not undo it this evening eating funnel cake (my favorite) or some other goodies that will push me over for the day. The good thing is I will get in a lot of walking today because we will have hours to kill between getting there and the race. I will also have two very bored kids about one hours into the race so I will have to do something to keep them entertained. I have really come to love pokemon go, so I guess worse case scenario and kids and I can walk around catching pokemon. ha ha! Funny thing is last night I walked 3 miles catching pokemon with the kids. It's not exercise to them if they are having fun. I was joking that soon you can tell all the pokemon people from the non-pokemon people. They will be the ones with the big calf muscles. ha ha!
