Day Seven - Realistic Resolutions

Had planned to blog every day - but somehow life got in the way.
However, I have been checking in everyday - and have been keeping up with my daily goals:
to the club 3 times a week and drinking more water.
Today the topic was setting realistic goals! In the past my goal was to lose some weight - but have put that on the shelf for the time being. Now my goal is just to be consistent on the smaller goals I have set. Then, if I lose some weight that would be a great bonus. If not, I will certainly be healthier. Already, my BP has dropped some. And that is a big plus for me!!
