I am still exercising every day and hitting my step goals. I participate daily in the fitbit step goal and I still hit it or get higher than my goal. If I can't get to the gym or the barn, I do my treadmill at home.
I have been more mindful of what I am eating and trying to be diligent about tracking my food.
The scale isn't coming down as fast as I would like, but my clothes are getting bigger :) I know the scale is just a number and at least I am on the right track.
